01 / OVERVIEW

About this policy

gallr ("we", "our", "us") operates the gallr mobile application (the "Service"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal data when you use the Service.

02 / COLLECTION

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us and the limited information needed to operate the features you choose. Optional mobile usage analytics is a separate, default-off category described below.

• Account and profileIf you create an account, we process your email address, authentication identifier, and the display name, biography, or profile photo you choose to provide.
• Your gallr contentBookmarks, recorded visits, followed galleries, and thoughts may be stored on your device and synced to your account when you use account sync.
• Gallery alertsIf you enable alerts, we process a random app-installation identifier, push address, platform, app version, language, and the galleries you follow so Apple or Google can deliver the alerts you requested. These identifiers are not reused for usage analytics.
• Optional product interactionsLimited screen, exhibition, action, recommendation, and route bands described below, only when optional Usage analytics is on.
• Location dataYour device processes location only when you grant permission to center the map and show nearby exhibitions. Precise location is not included in usage analytics.

03 / OPTIONAL ANALYTICS

Optional mobile usage analytics

Usage analytics is off by default. gallr sends this information only after you turn it on in Settings. Every app feature remains available when it is off.

• What is sent전송되는 정보 Event date, mobile platform, major app version, screens and exhibitions shown, the public exhibition ID when relevant, completed saves, map handoffs, recorded visits and gallery follows, and when the platform sharing options open. Opening sharing options does not mean that you completed a share. Recommendation analytics contains only result counts and rank ranges. Route analytics contains only route mode, stop count, and coarse distance and duration ranges. 이벤트 날짜, 모바일 플랫폼, 앱의 주요 버전, 표시된 화면과 전시, 필요한 경우 공개 전시 ID, 저장·지도 연결·방문 기록·갤러리 팔로우가 완료된 기록과 기기의 공유 화면을 연 기록을 전송합니다. 공유 화면을 연 것이 실제 공유 완료를 뜻하지는 않습니다. 추천 분석에는 결과 수와 순위 구간만, 이동 경로 분석에는 모드·정류장 수·대략적인 거리와 시간 구간만 포함됩니다.
• What is never sent전송되지 않는 정보 Your name, email address, account ID, reusable device or installation ID, search text, precise location, URLs, contact values, thoughts, guest data, complete saved or visited lists, recommendation profile, scores or reasons, route origin, coordinates, geometry, or venue order. 이름, 이메일 주소, 계정 ID, 재사용 가능한 기기·설치 ID, 검색어, 정확한 위치, URL, 연락처 값, 감상, 게스트 정보, 전체 저장·방문 목록, 추천 취향 정보·점수·이유, 이동 경로의 출발지·좌표·형상·장소 순서는 전송하지 않습니다.
• Device queue and your choice기기 대기열과 선택권 Before delivery, the app may keep at most 200 unsent events on your device. An event is eligible to be sent for seven days; expired items are removed the next time the app accesses this queue. Turning Usage analytics off pauses collection immediately, clears the queue, and prevents future analytics requests. If device storage reports a clearing error, collection stays paused and the app asks you to retry. 전송 전에는 최대 200개의 미전송 이벤트가 기기에 보관될 수 있습니다. 각 이벤트는 7일 동안만 전송 대상이며, 만료된 항목은 앱이 다음에 대기열을 확인할 때 삭제됩니다. 사용 분석을 끄면 수집을 즉시 중지하고 대기열을 삭제하며 이후 분석 요청을 막습니다. 기기 저장소에서 삭제 오류가 발생하면 수집은 중지된 상태로 유지되고 앱에서 재시도를 안내합니다.
• Server handling and retention서버 처리와 보관 기간 gallr does not retain raw behavioural event rows. A random event receipt with no event attributes has a seven-day deduplication window. The analytics database does not store the raw network address; a keyed source digest is used only for a 24-hour rate-limit window and is never joined to analytics facts. Expired receipts and source rows are removed by an hourly cleanup, so physical deletion may occur during the following cleanup interval. Accepted events become daily aggregate counts kept in a 24-calendar-month reporting window; out-of-window rows are also removed by the hourly cleanup. gallr는 원시 행동 이벤트 행을 보관하지 않습니다. 이벤트 속성이 없는 무작위 영수증 ID에는 7일의 중복 방지 기간을 적용합니다. 분석 데이터베이스는 원시 네트워크 주소를 저장하지 않으며, 키 기반 출처 다이제스트는 24시간 요청 제한에만 사용하고 분석 결과와 결합하지 않습니다. 만료된 영수증과 출처 행은 매시간 정리하므로 실제 삭제는 다음 정리 시점에 이루어질 수 있습니다. 수락된 이벤트는 일별 집계 수치로 합쳐져 최근 24개월의 보고 기간에 포함되며, 기간이 지난 행도 매시간 정리합니다.
• No advertising or commercial use광고·상업적 이용 없음 We use these aggregate counts only to understand and improve gallr. They are never used for advertising, paid promotion, commercial targeting, billing, entitlements, unique-user or session measurement, or decisions about an individual. We do not sell them or share them with advertisers or data brokers. 이 집계 수치는 gallr의 기능을 이해하고 개선하는 데만 사용합니다. 광고, 유료 프로모션, 상업적 타기팅, 결제, 권한 부여, 고유 사용자·세션 측정 또는 개인에 관한 결정에 사용하지 않습니다. 광고주나 데이터 중개업체에 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

04 / USE

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Personalise your experience on your device and show relevant exhibitions.
• Analyse optional, identity-free aggregate usage counts to improve the app.

05 / SHARING

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information or share mobile analytics with advertisers, data brokers, or paid-promotion systems. Supabase processes account, synced-content, alert, and analytics data as a service provider operating gallr's first-party infrastructure under our instructions. Apple and Google process push addresses only to deliver notifications you request. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the Service and its users.

06 / RETENTION & SECURITY

How long we keep data

We retain account, synced-content, and alert data only for as long as needed to provide the features you use and comply with legal obligations. You may delete your account in the app or request deletion of data linked to you by contacting us. Optional analytics follows the seven-day deduplication, 24-hour rate-limit, 24-calendar-month reporting, and hourly cleanup windows described above.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

07 / CHILDREN

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

08 / CHANGES

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date above.
